Christine Kourouklis leads the company’s Medicare line of business. She is responsible for the operational performance, financial performance and long-term growth strategies.

She previously served as HCSC’s Chief Financial Officer of Government Programs where she was responsible for the comprehensive financial analysis for the government product lines for both Medicare and Medicaid, including financial planning and analysis, actuarial pricing, risk adjustment and revenue management. Before joining HCSC, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Family Health Network/Community Care Alliance in Chicago.
