Closing gaps in care

With our mobile health programs, neighborhood centers and community partners, we’re expanding access to immunizations, diabetes care, cardiovascular care, behavioral health, early detection cancer screening, and maternal and infant health.

Working toward hunger-free communities

Reliable access to nutritious food is essential to health and wellness. A substantial portion of our major grants are invested in Feeding America and many other organizations that buy and distribute fresh food and provide culturally appropriate education and support.

Providing access to housing and careers

As the nation’s homeless population climbs, we’re working with organizations that secure emergency and long-term housing. We’re also investing in job training opportunities that provide a path toward stability and growth.

Supporting solutions that meet hyperlocal needs

Access to health care and other resources varies greatly across our states, which include large urban areas and wide expanses of rural communities. We’re driving change with local organizations that have the expertise and perspective needed to meet diverse needs.

Strengthening our neighborhoods

We all rely on the structure of our homes and neighborhoods to meet our most basic needs, so we’re investing in efforts across our five states to improve access to affordable healthy housing, transportation and physical activity.
