Creating a sense of community and belonging through our Business Resource Groups
HCSC has nine BRGs that are open to all employees and provide them the opportunity to connect with others who share similar interests. Our Business Resource Groups foster a sense of community inside and outside of work. The BRGs engage in community-focused volunteer activities and provide a critical connection to the business. Through the BRGs, HCSC shares information with employees and gathers feedback on their work environment, upskilling and other issues important to maintaining a strong and effective workforce.
