Stephania Grober leads the overall strategic direction of HCSC's Oklahoma Plan, including operations, sales and account management, network operations, health care management, medical policy and external affairs. She's also responsible for aligning HCSC's strengths across its geographies in Montana, New Mexico and Oklahoma. 

Stephania’s career with the company spans more than 25 years. She previously served as Vice President of Plan Operations and has also held various sales and marketing roles, including account consultant, account executive, large group marketing manager, Senior Director of large group sales and account management and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Stephania has an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
