Scott Morgan leads HCSC’s technology organization, including IT strategy, technology delivery and digital solutions.

Before becoming CIO for HCSC, Scott served in several leadership roles for HCSC and Dearborn Group, a wholly owned subsidiary that provides ancillary products and services, including dental, vision and life insurance. As Vice President of Business Development and Chief Information Officer for Dearborn, he was responsible for IT as well as leading strategy, networks and clinical support for HCSC’s dental line of business. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and held leadership positions in corporate development and strategic planning. Scott earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in applied mathematics, both from DePaul University.
