Manika Turnbull leads development and execution of HCSC’s people strategy in support of its business plan, including talent management, employee engagement, leadership and employee development, succession planning, HR management systems and the total rewards package. She also oversees the teams responsible for corporate real estate and security and corporate events and travel.

Manika previously served in several leadership roles in HR for HCSC, most recently as Divisional Senior Vice President of Compensation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Workforce Experience. Earlier she was Chief of Staff for HCSC's Illinois Plan. Manika has a master’s degree and Ph.D. from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
