James Walsh provides direction and management to the finance, accounting, treasury, actuarial and tax planning teams. He also advises business development and financial planning, manages financial forecasting and budgets, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting.

Before joining HCSC, Jim was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, where he acquired a deep understanding of insurance company operations, accounting practices and internal controls over financial reporting. Jim has a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University and is a registered CPA and CGMA.
