Flavia Duffy is responsible for overseeing the HCSC Customer Service organization, focused on delivering excellent stakeholder experiences across all lines of business. Key functions include membership enrollment, claims and payment processing, member engagement, provider services and dental operations.
Before leading the Customer Service organization, Flavia managed integration strategy and implementation in the HCSC Operations division. Flavia previously held several business and technology positions at HCSC, including Associate Vice President of Information Technology, Divisional Vice President of Application Maintenance and QA, and Executive Director of Service Delivery and Operations. She started her career in management consulting.
